Job Description

As Senior Alliance Manager, you will drive channel development within our portfolio of strategic partners. This requires cultivating relationships with each partner’s field teams into a channel that collectively drive awareness of Logicwork’s capabilities and consistently refer qualified sales opportunities to Logicworks.  In addition, you will establish executive level relationships within our partner’s corporate organizations to drive brand awareness and get access to new programs, strategic initiatives, and marketing opportunities that are relevant to Logicworks’s business.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Fostering sales alignment between AWS sellers and Logicwork’s sales teams and SA’s
  • Ongoing evangelization and education of Logicworks’s capabilities to Alliance field teams through 1:1 and 1:many outreach
  • Supporting field marketing in demand generation and execution of local and virtual events
  • Maintain a rhythm of the business with each partner's alliance managers and own a joint pipeline of   channel sourced opportunities
  • Field level oversight of strategic partner programs that we are participating in
  • Supporting Logicworks sales team on regional opportunities on items such as funding requests, getting access to partner SME’s, and removing any partnership related roadblocks
  • Having a pulse on local market dynamics, climate, opportunities, and challenges and providing structured feedback and recommendations to executive management.


  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of building and managing strategic channel partnerships both at the HQ and field level preferably in the software, Cloud provider, managed services, or systems integration space.
  • He/She will have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about sales, marketing, and product and understand their interdependencies, as well as how to focus each in order to exploit opportunities and overcome challenges. As a result, he/she can intelligently traverse complex partner organizations to identify and gain access to selective opportunities and programs. 

  • Equally, he/she should possess a solid sales/business development background to effectively engage with a diverse audience of partner field teams by understanding their goals and drivers and consequently tailoring relationship building efforts.  

  • The candidate should be knowledgeable on core Cloud Computing principles and delivery models such as IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS ideally with an understanding of how security and industry compliance requirements affect customer adoption.  

  • 5-7 years of related professional experience

Educational Requirements:

  • BA / BS required; technical degree preferred, advanced degree a plus
